What is your return and exchange policy?

If your item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, we will remedy this by sending you new product free of charge. Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns or other exchanges at this time.

Do you do commissions?

Yes! I do commissions, but they are not always open. You can check my commissions page here to see if any are available. All open commissions that are available can be found on this site.

How can I submit information and photos for my commission?

If you have already purchased a commission slot, I will email you a form to fill out so I can get started. If you did not receive the form or have misplaced it, it can be found here.

Can I change something about my commission?

Yes! Please use the contact form or email me at ponyupbyaudrey@gmail.com. If you would like a larger sized canvas, need the painting by a certain date, want to add another horse, or something else, I can likely accommodate your needs but additional payment may be requested.

What is the difference between the gouache and acrylic commissions?
-
Gouache paintings are done on watercolor paper, and acrylic commissions are done on gallery canvas. My gouache and acrylic paintings have slightly different styles, which can be viewed on their respective listings.

Can I get your work tattooed?

Yes! I ask that you please purchase a tattoo ticket that will grant you permission to use my artwork. If you need any adjustments or a specific file, please reach out (adjustments may require additional payment).

My order is incorrect!

I package and ship all my products myself, so it is possible that I could make a mistake! Simply email me at ponyupbyaudrey@gmail.com or use the contact form and I will remedy the situation as fast as possible.
